I was born and grew up in Northwest Pasadena and attended the PUSD. I attended Cleveland Elementary, Washington Middle School and John Muir High School. I was an ambitious learner and attended PCC while still in high school. I went on to graduate from Cal Poly Pomona.

For the last twelve years I have worked in my family business, overseeing construction projects to bring them in on time and on budget.

I am married to my high school sweetheart (she also attended John Muir High School) who then obtained her PhD from Caltech.

In 2006, I purchased my home at 501 E. Penn Street. I worked for months to fix it up, remodeling the entire interior, including the kitchen and bathroom. In 2007, my wife Tara and I moved in. This year we were blessed with the birth of our daughter Peyton.

Our neighborhoods face many challenges, but those challenges are not an excuse for inaction. I believe in discipline, hard work and determination. I also believe we can build neighborhoods that are safe environments where seniors and families can thrive.

As your Council member, I will work hard to protect home values and improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods for families and seniors.
